I added an anatomically correct front belly plate and a back plate. * The baby was painted in numerous layers of Genesis heat set paint and sealed with Irresistibles varnish. * Pearl has many newborn details: Mottling, undertones, veins/capillaries, milk blister, heel prick, baby blushing, stork bite, milia, scrapes and a diaper rash! * She was glossed in all the right places; baby tears, too! * Pearl was stuffed with Angel Silk, fine glass beads, polyfil, silicone baby fat pellets and steel coated pellets for extra weight. * She has a magnet for a pacifier, so please beware if you have a pacemaker. * Her hair, eyelashes & eyebrows was mono/micro rooted with mohair. * The baby will come home with everything you see.
