Caspian is a Realborn baby! This means he’s an actual 3-D scan of a real live baby ! He was painted by me. I only use Genesis heat set paints. Many translucent layers have been used to give him a very realistic newborn baby look. He has also been given light veining and mottling. Caspian was then sealed using Genesis heat set matte varnish so that he will last for many years to come. Sweet Baby Caspian has hand rooted eyelashes that have been glued from the inside so that they do not fall out. He also has finely, micro rooted, soft Mohair on his head. His hair is so soft and feels like real baby hair. This baby has been stuffed using fine glass beads and polyfill. He needs to be handled very carefully just like you would hold a real baby. Even his head is floppy, and you have to support it like you would a real live baby! Caspian comes to you with either a boy or a girl outfit, depending on which you prefer. He will come with two outfits, which will include either hats for a boy or headbands for a girl. Caspian has a magnet behind his mouth so that he’s able to take a magnetic pacifier.
