Creep quietly, for baby Léon is hiding between the trees, a tiny, elusive creature ready to discover a world full of wonders. I was amazed to find another way to represent the beauty of babies. They always remind us the future is latent through them 🌲🐾 I’m thrilled to show you a sculpt that has been rare in my workshop. After many failed attempts, I decided to scrap the animal hybrid idea; That is, until I came to a realization soon after I started dismantling my original animal sculpt 🌿🌳🪹 I began paying less attention to the animalistic features, and more attention to the facial harmony. With this method, I was able to get away with introducing a usually jarring idea, in a gentle, sweet, and infantile manner. With that part of the process conquered, I was able to move on to what most draws me to my own cuddly animal babes, their luscious fur! 🪵🐾🌲 I hope that this sweet forest baby can inspire you to give my animal hybrid sculpts a try! 🌿🍄🟫🌱 With this technique mastered, I’m so excited to offer animal inspired commissions of your choosing 🥳 ✨ Sweet little Leon is a Waldorf inspired baby with my original sculpt underneath. He is made out of soft skin like fabric and weighed for a comforting hold. He has hair that can be gently arranged and comes with a full outfit and accessories. He is finished completely and has tiny elf ears to match. He has painted details and is gently blushed.
