Maggie is a one of a kind collectible. She is NOT A TOY and does not meet child safety standards. She is, therefore, intended for adults. Weighing in at just 1 pound, this baby girl is a tiny handful of perfection. She was created from the Byron sculpt by Denise Pratt. Although she's only 10 inches long, she has all the detailing of the big kids, right down to her miniscule finger and toe nails. Many ultra thin layers of professional quality polymer paints were used to achieve her realistic skin tones. She has been lightly mottled and blushed in all the right places. She even has miniature veins. Her nose has been opened and backed with felt for added realism. Maggie's hair and eyelashes were hand rooted with premium quality mohair. She has a soft, doe suede body that has been weighted and filled with encapsulated tiny glass beads and polyfil. She wears 10 inch doll clothes or 1-2 lb micro preemie NICU outfits. Her little booties were crocheted by me. Her Lilliputian pacifier was hand made by me and, like Maggie, is one of a kind. Maggie will come home with her display basket, embroidered blanket; romper and matching mop hat; blue flannel nightie with matching booties; birth certificate; care instructions and some little extras.
