Hello! This new baby is Olive sculpted by the wonderful Denise Pratt.
Olive is 19 inches long and weighs about 4.4 pounds. She is a great snuggle baby! I love her floppiness. She also attended the ROSE Doll Show with me this year and was part of Jacqueline Kramer's hair rooting class.
Olive is painted with GHSP in many layers to achieve her skin tone. She has blushing in all the right places. Her fingernails are tipped and sealed for a more realistic look. Her limbs and head are weighted with fine glass beads inclosed in pouches and then filled with polyfil. They are then plugged and sealed. Her body has a pouch of fine glass beads enclosed inside the Cluster Stuff filling that makes her super cuddly.
Her hair is sparsely rooted with Slumberland mohair. Her eyelashes were hand rooted with the same mohair.
Willow Dobson of Willow's Wee Ones Nursery painted her gorgeous eyebrows.
I apologize for the pictures because some of them are dark. They were taken this evening and I was losing the natural light quickly. They have not been enhanced in any way.
She will include all clothing shown and a gorgeous blanket. She will also arrive with some other great surprises.
She will also come with Reborn Birth Certificate and a care sheet. Please remember this is a collectible doll and NOT a toy. She does contain a magnet for her pacifier.
