Lillie Belle is a 16” preemie made from the Kaelin sculpt by Denise Pratt. She weighs 4 pounds and is about the size of a 32 week preemie almost ready to go home. She is a baldy with sparse finely rooted blond hair pale enough so that the mottling and veins on her head shows through.
This is a drink and wet baby with a mechanism specifically designed by me to work with this reborn. She comes with a pacifier and bottle uniquely made for her alone. She has been painted with quality acrylic paints and sealed, but utmost care must be used to assure that dripping water does not constantly affect the surface. Use a drool cloth or bib when feeding her. She is messy just like a real baby learning to suck her bottle. Her belly plate is permanently attached and cannot be removed due to the drink/wet mechanism inside her.
Lille Belle comes with a cannula (breathing tube) and oxygen tank. It will fit and stay relatively well just by tucking behind her ears. The “tape” is fake. Do not use real tape on the baby because the adhesive could harm the paint on her face. She comes with a removable umbilical cord and clamp, a set of electrodes that attach by magnets to her chest, a specially made pacifier and drinking bottle, 2 diapers, the pink fluffy blanket shown in the pictures, a NICU shirt which attaches with soft, sewn on Velcro to allow for easy access to the hospital equipment. It fits snuggly because she is almost ready to come home. She has a cute little onesie for her trip home and a cute pink bib as well as a coordinating headband. Along with Lille Belle you will also receive a special instruction sheet about her care and an ID bracelet for you to fill in your last name like it would be done in the hospital.
