Mermaid Shyann is made from the head and arms of the Shyann sculpt by Bountiful Baby and a mermaid tail from Shauna Clymer. Little Shyann is approximately 20 inches long and weighs 3 lb. 6 oz. She has ¾ arms and a full mermaid tail. Shyann's head and arms have been painted with many layers of GHSP and Panpastels, including flesh tones, mottling, creasing, shading, and blushing in order to achieve a fantasy mermaid skin tone. She has magenta and teal scales painted on her arms, hands, and the top of her head. Shyann has also been given a pearly, irridescent skin tone. She is an open eyed baby with purple glass eyes and hand rooted teal green eyelashes. Her eyebrows are drawn with magenta artist grade Prismacolor pencils. Shyann's tail has been painted with air dry paints in a graduated teal and magenta pattern. Her tail has an irridescent, pearl colored top coat designed to resemble scales. Shyann has been hand micro-rooted using premium white and teal green mohair. She has been weighted with fine glass beads in her doe-suede upper body, arms, tail, and head. Shyann's body has been stuffed with supersoft Angel Silk polyester stuffing. She has a magnet in her mouth for a magnetic pacifier. Shyann fits well in newborn and 0-3 month sized shirts, dresses, and skirts.
