This is Sweet Violet the nursery name for the Elizabeth sculpt. She is a Realborn which means her sculpt was made using 3D imaging of a real newborn to create her.
Violet is 19 inches (appx) she is vinyl and is painted in many thin layers of heat set paint. Her complection is fair and mottled, she has strawberry and lavender undertones. Her hair is painted in three shades of auburn and brown that has been textured and sealed. Her tiny eyelashes are medium brown rooted mohair.
Violet comes with a tummy plate that is laced and can be added to her body for posing and photography. She has a soft, cloth, weighted body.
Violet is magnetized and lightly scented.
Violet would be a lovely baby to add to your reborn collection, she would be great for a teen or tween. Because she is weighted and magnetized I would not suggest her to be used as a therapy doll for a grammy. Reborns are never intended for small children.
Violet does not have a gender tummy plate so she can be dressed as a boy if you would like us to change her gender.

Artists notes: I love this baby. I have a collection of Realborns I am painting now and I think they are just amazing in detail. They are the perfect size and they are so realistic. She started off with light red hair but it just didn't suit her so I went a little darker until it felt right. She has a very sweet face. I wanted her to have a tummy plate and in my opinion this one is just a hair too big for her body but it looks great in photography and when she is posed for display. I personally don't like babies to wear them, they are bulky and babies feel less floppy and squishy when they have them on but they are really cool visually. All Real Reborns are made one at a time by a reborn artist. What mades these babies amazing and different from a store bought doll is that each one is unique and has perfect imperfections. If a baby does have imperfections that were not intentional the price will reflect that, if we feel it is something that may need to be disclosed we will do that in our description.
Photography is done in our studio with lighting available at the time, images are not filtered or altered. We try to keep photography as honest as we can.

We also DO NOT do customs, lay-away, hold babies, swap or exchange babies or do trades. All our babies are going home for the first time.
(A "box opening" is a seperate charge of 50.00. We usually do these for our friends that film their box openings or want to make the opening special for the person they are gifting the baby to. The items in the opening are chosen by Saint Cloud Nursery for that particular baby.)
