Acorn is one of Saint Cloud's November babies and has been specially priced for the Fall. Acorn is the nursery name for Precious gift by Cindy Muscgrove. This baby is adorable and has that newborn squishy face look. Acorn is 19 inches of vinyl babyness and has 3/4 limbs with a soft fabric body filled with glass micro beads.
Acorn has medium tone skin, with undertones that are yellow, a little blue, and pink. Acorns hair is painted in two shades of brown and one shade of brown with a hint of red. Acorn is a magnetized, and will come with a paci.
Acorn is the perfect addition to a reborn collection, a first reborn, or a baby for a teen or tween. If this baby will be going to a grammy and the magnet needs to be removed we are happy to do that.
Acorn does not have an assigned gender and will arrive in gender neutral clothes unless your request otherwise, and we are happy to accommodate.
Artists notes: This is my second PG. I know this is a favorite sculpt for a lot of people and it reminds me a little of my baby brother when he was born so I have soft spot for this sculpt. This baby is painted well, is nicely weighted and is a lovely baby. I am experimenting with painted hair, I really love doing it. I really prefer it to rooting because it lays down tight to the babies head, never gets frizzy or falls out, and there are no issues with allergies. Rooting can take sooooo long and you get some instant gratification after a couple hours with painting, there is more freedom.All Real Reborns are made one at a time by a reborn artist. What mades these babies amazing and different from a store bought doll is that each one is unique and has perfect imperfections. If a baby does have imperfections that were not intentional the price will reflect that, if we feel it is something that may need to be disclosed we will do that in our description. Photography is done in our studio with lighting available at the time, images are not filtered or altered. We try to keep photography as honest as we can.
Feel free to ask questions I love answering them but please note that Saint Cloud does have a no return policy. Make sure this is the baby you really want before you order. We also DO NOT do customs, lay-away, hold babies, swap or exchange babies or do trades. All our babies are going home for the first time.
(A "box opening" is a separate charge of 50.00. We usually do these for our friends that film their box openings or want to make the opening special for the person they are gifting the baby to. The items in the opening are chosen by Saint Cloud Nursery for that particular baby.)
We have babies double checked before they go to post to be sure they are complete, undamaged, carefully wrapped and ready for you to love.
