Joseph was sculpted based on 3D scans of a real newborn baby. Joseph's skintones were achieved by painting many thin layers of Genesis heat-set paints. He has a glowing peaches and cream complexion. All of his cute little fingers, toes, and sweet spots have been lovingly blushed.
Joseph features a head of baby carefully drawn Prisma pencil hair in a newborn style. Each hair was added indivitually and sealed with satin varnish for a healthy shine.
Joseph weighs approximately 5lbs and is approx 19in long. He was weighted using high quality fine glass beads. Each of his limbs is weighted evenly. He is assembled to have a newborn feel and his head must be supported like a real baby's.
The utmost attention was paid to Joseph's details: moisture glistens on his lips, his finger and toenails have been realistically shaded and satin glossed.
Joseph arrives in a one-of-a-kind, handmade Grandmother's receiving blanket and an adorable matching puppy sleeper and hat. He also comes with his pacifier, which can be attached with putty, also included. Magnetic accessories can be added for an additional fee.
