Ellie-Sue is a unique reborn. This LE kit by Bonnie Brown is made with Spanish Vinyl which is very soft and almost silicone-like and very much like real skin. This is not a reborn for a child as the limbs and flange are so soft that they could be pulled out of the body with some force. He/she was lovely to paint but a challenge to root and has a very small boo boo on the vinyl, under the hair on the side next to the ear, it looks like a very small spot of cradle cap (shown in closeup bottom picture along with purposeful scratch) . The boo boo is reflected in the lower price. I have this baby dressed as a boy but I will be happy to send girl clothes. Ellie-Sue was painted with Golden fluid and RebornFX paints. Enhanced with Panpastel artist powders and varnished with Golden polymer matte with UV protection and Americana soft touch varnish. This baby also has a small, realistic scratch on the cheek. This kit has full arms and legs and is on a doe suede body. He/she is weighted with high quality glass beads and stuffed with polyfill and is 2.13 kilos (a bit over 4 and a half pounds). Inside there is a strawberry wonder wafter to make this baby smell sweet. This baby has blue polyglass eyes and brown applied eyelashes. Eyes, mouth, and nose are glossed and The hair is a light brown, soft, curly, mohair. This baby will come home with clothes, a onesie, one outfit, and a sleeper (boy or girl). He/she will also bring a zebra lovely, a magnetic pacifier, COA, care instructions, birth certificate (in French), extra diapers, and a special treat from France for the new parent.
