This is sweet little Clover the Marissa realborn sculpt. She was created using 3D imagery of an actual newborn baby. She is full limbed vinyl baby with a soft cloth body generously weighted with micro glass beads.
Clover is painted as a pale baby, she has undertones of baby pink, amber, salmon and periwinkle blue. She is mottled and blushed beautifully. Her hair is painted blond with a little baby brown. She is top rooted with blond mohair (directionally not mono rooted) for added softness and realism. Her eyelashes are rooted in the same blond.
Clover has a sweet body that just curls up into your arms. She is magnetized and lightly scented and will come home with her nursery paci.
I get two requests most often and they are for a very fairy fair baby and babies with ethnic skin tones. I don't do many fair babies but she just seemed like she needed to be. This is my third time painting this sculpt and she has the sweetest little face and tiny lips.
Real Reborns are made one at a time by a reborn artist. What makes these babies amazing and different from a store bought doll is that each one is unique and has perfect imperfections. If a baby does have imperfections that were not intentional the price will reflect that, if we feel it is something that may need to be disclosed we will do that in our description.
Our babies are vinyl with a soft cloth body that is weighted with glass beads. We do not weigh babies, they are filled to be as realistic as we can make them. If this is meant to be a therapy doll let us know so we can make the baby lighter for you.
Photography is done in our studio with natural lighting available at the time. Our images are not filtered or altered and may not be used without permission. We try to keep photography as honest as we can. Please note that we pull up tight when we photograph and use HD photos so that you can get up close and magnified. These details are like looking at a baby with a magnifying glass, in person babies will be softer an you won't see these details. Our aim is to be honest so that you can be sure when you are making your decision.
Feel free to ask questions we love answering them, please note that Saint Cloud does have a no return policy. Make sure this is the baby you really want before you order. We also DO NOT do customs, lay-away, hold babies, swap or exchange babies or do trades, we just do not have the bookkeeping to manage that at this time. All our babies are going home for the first time.
(A "box opening" is a separate charge of 50.00. We usually do these for our You Tube friends that film their box openings or want to make the opening special for the person they are gifting the baby to. The items in a box opening are chosen by Saint Cloud Nursery for that particular baby.
Our babies are double checked and photographed at packing, before they go to post to be sure they are complete, undamaged, carefully wrapped and ready for you to love.
