This sweet baby was brought to life with multiple layers of Genesis Heat Set paints. She has several layers of mottling and skin tone layers to achieve her realistic skin tone. She has blushing on her little cheeks, elbows, knees, ankles, toes and fingers. The last layer on her skin was sealant to ensure her paint never fades or wears off.
Her head, body, and limbs have been weighted to feel realistic in your arms. Her head has been weighted to be floppy and you'll want to support it as if you are holding a real baby.
She is weighted to perfection and just curls up in your arms as you hold her.
She has a cloth body with full arms and full legs.
She has soft veining on her head and limbs. Her little fingernails have been neatly tipped and sealed.
Hair: Her hair was meticulously painted in brown and has been sealed. Her eyebrows were painted very lightly and sealed as well.
Her eyelashes were rooted one by one and sealed from within.
She has tiny milk bumps on her nose and a tiny heel prick on her little foot.
Caution! A magnet has been placed on the inside of Kiara's head and on her pacifier. Caution should be taken around a magnetic field such as pacemakers, computers, and credit cards, etc.
Going Home: She will go home with numbered certificate of authenticity, full belly/chest plate that ties around her cloth body, dusty rose sleeper with matching hat and socks, headband, white onesie, hospital hat, hospital blanket, magnetic pacifier, diaper, blank birth certificate, and care instructions.
She will be wrapped in a hospital blanket and topped with a hospital hat when you take her from her box like you've just delivered your sweet baby from the hospital.
Blankets and stuffed animals in the photos were used as photo props and are not included.
