This little girl is down right adorable! She was created from the Realborn Patience kit by Bountiful Baby. The sculpt is made from 3D scans of a real baby girl at 2 months old. This is the first Realborn kit with Down Syndrome. Patience is painted with Genesis heat set paints and sealed with varnish. She has finely rooted pale blond hair and rooted lashes. She is weighted throughout with fine glass beads and polyfil. She has a cloth torso, full limbs, and detachable belly plate with a heart surgery scar. Patience wears size 0-3 months. She will come home with her purple onesie set, purple blanket and bunny, yellow romper, hairbrush, and certificate.
