This baby was reborned by me and is a limited edition kit by the talented Laura Lee Eagles. She has full arms and legs, a non gender belly plate, and a doe suede body. Her eyes are dark blue and flat backed glass. She has applied eyelashes and rooted hair. Her hair is a complete, full ounce of angora, HP babylocks, chocolate brown. This is premium, angora, baby soft, mohair. Her hair has been rooted thick and is strong and long enough to play with and put into cute little pony tails and barrettes but also hangs nicely with little maintenance and looks nice in a headband as well..
She has been painted with many layers of Golden paints, the most strongly pigmented and resistant acrylic paints on the market. I have given her light mottling and veining. She has also been varnished with Golden polymer matte with UV protection and Americana soft touch varnish for a finish that is both strong and makes my babies look more alive. I also use panpastel artist powders for creasing and blushing. This baby has been weighed to 3.8 kilos (8.3 pounds) with high quality glass beads and polyfil. She smells of strawberries and baby wonder.
She comes home with a Minnie Mouse outfit with white, plush, jacket, one or two other outfits, including red sweater seen in pictures, a sleeper, a white onesie/bodysuit, white dress, white bloomers, and lavender shoes with white socks, her pacifier, a pacifier holder made by my 14 year old daughter Maddy aka The Autistic Princess, many hair accessories, a cloth diaper and some extra disposable diapers, a plush, pink, blanket, a brush and comb set, hair conditioner, her zebra doudou (lovey), her COA, birth certificate (in French), care instructions, plus a special treat from France for her new parent (s). Photography props do not come home with baby.
