Peachtree Nursery welcomes sweet Atticus Eagles. Atticus is a long-sold out limited edition sculpt by the highly-coveted sculptor, Laura Lee Eagles. **Please note that Atticus has a small flaw in the vinyl around the knuckle of his left pinky finger (fist). It has caused a dark discoloration that is not super obvious. For this reason, he has been discounted to $810.** He is still a high-quality reborn of a long sold out kit (2017) and is now hard to find/costly as a blank. The last picture shows the flawed finger. There are two other pictures showing the modificaitons made to the torso for easy on/off without having to disassemble him. If you would like to add the torso, please include this information with your order and you will be sent a second invoice for $110.
Atticus's skintone was achieved by painting many thin layers of Genesis heat-set paints. He has a mottled newborn complexion. All of his cute little fingers, toes, and sweet spots have been lovingly blushed.
Atticus also has the finest topaz-blue glass eyes, hand blown in Lauscha, Germany. They seem to actually follow you around the room.
Atticus features a head of incredible soft alpaca fiber in a gorgeous multi-hued light brown. His hair is rooted in a natural growth pattern over a matching fully painted hair pattern. Nothing feels as close to the texture of real baby hair as alpaca.
Atticus weighs approximately 5lbs and is approx 19 in long. He was weighted using high quality fine glass beads. Each of his limbs is weighted evenly. His head must be supported just like a real baby's.
The utmost attention was paid to Atticus's details: moisture glistens on his eyelids, on his little nose and on his sweetly parted lips. Atticus's finger and toenails have been realistically shaded and satin glossed. Atticus arrives snugly wrapped and and securely packed with both a day and a nightime outfit.
