Sweet Elizabeth is a full size newborn. She is especially nice to cuddle and made to look very realistic. I weight my baby's with fine glass beads and poly fill. I like the floppy style of newborn so mommy will need to support her head. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
