This is a long sold out La Baby that started the reborn process. It has 1/4 limbs and a soft cloth body, the head is not weighted. I do not know what the name of this particular doll face is called, but they all had their own name, like happy face, suckee face, smiley face, and so on.
I have only seen these dolls on a reborn supply site, not new, no cloths for $90.00
