I've used Genesis heat set paints, giving Autumn very realistic skin tones with mottling, veining, creases, and shading

Beautifully painted hair

After painting was completed, I varnished Autumn with a combo satin/matte to help protect her paint for years to come

Doe suede cloth body

Her lashes are rooted and sealed on the inside

Magnetic pacifier

She is weighted with fine glass beads and ultra soft fiber fill
