She has a silicone tummy insert for that squishy baby feel. I have also inserted throughout her body the most amazing baby smell that will last for some time. -Her head needs to be supported. -She has full limbs. -Doe Suede body with gathers. -She is magnetized to take a magnetic Paci. -She is 16" long and weighs 4.13 lbs. -She wears preemie size clothing, as well as preemie diapers.
