I am excited to offer Baby Violet to you for adoption! She is a sold out sculpt by Bountiful Baby. I am the new reborn artist who painted this reborn. I may be new to reborn art but have quickly found a passion in creating these life-like dolls. I do not own any reborns done by other artists to compare mine to. Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing to be sure this is the reborn for you.
Sizing~

Skin Tones~
Many thin layers of Genesis Heat Set Paints have been individually heat set for each layer to build up a realistic baby toned skin with rose undertones and veining. Also present are slightly blue undertones where the skin appears to be naturally thinner. Creases have been highlighted and shaded. Violet has tiny milk spots on the nose and a few blemishes along with a couple scratches to complete the realistic newborn look. Fine details were added to nails on both the fingers and toes. The skin has been slightly textured and sealed with a Genesis Heat Set Medium to give the skin a matte finish. .
Hair~
The combi-hair (painted with a light layer of rooted hair for dimension) and lashes are hand rooted with quality mohair in light brown and sealed from the inside so it can be gently styled with warm water spritzed onto a soft bristle baby brush.
Weighing & Filling~
Violet has a tan jointed limb body filled with a combination of premium glass beads and fiber fill to give a realistic weight and feel.
The limbs have been appropriately balanced and weighted with micro fine premium glass beads and topped with fiber fill.
The head is weighted with premium glass beads and surrounded with fiber fill. The head will need to be supported, just like a real baby.
On the inside of Violet's mouth is a magnet fitted to hold the pacifier in place. Be aware of this when this doll is around those with pacemakers
Violet will come home with: •A small box opening. Including her cream colored outfit she is wearing and her pacifier.
