Mini silicone baby Liam is for sale! I am his first mommy and he has been in my collection for around four months. He is a full-body mini silicone baby measuring 4.5 inches in height. He is soft, squishy and smooth to the touch. You can powder him and give him a bath. Liam does have armatures in his arms and legs, so be gentle when moving them. Liam will come home with everything in the last photo, which includes his signed COA, mini paci, bottle and rattle, along with his boppy pillow. he will be wrapped in his blanket wearing a diaper and hat.
