Peachtree Nursery proudly introduces Realborn Callie. Callie/Calum is a sweetly sleeping reborn created from 3D photographic scans of a real baby. Photos of baby Callie/Calum are shown in various lighting situations including: outdoor, indoor daylight, and indoor nighttime lamp lighting.
Calum's skintones were achieved by painting many thin layers of Genesis heat-set paints. He has a warm newborn mottled complexion. All of his cute little fingers, toes, and sweet spots have been lovingly blushed.
Calum features a head of baby soft dark blonde mohair. His hair is directionally rooted in a natural growth pattern. It has been double sealed on the inside for secure attachment and can be gently styled with a toothbrush and water. Calum does have a bit of cradle cap at the tempels due to being rooted twice in those areas. It does not detract from him at all, but he has been priced to reflect the less-than-perfect vinyl.
Calum weighs approximately 5 lbs and is 17 in long. He feels much heavier than he is. He was weighted using high quality glass beads contained in a secure pouch inside her body - no loose material. Each of his limbs is weighted evenly with very fine glass beads and securely sealed at the caps. He is assembled to have a newborn feel and his head must be supported like a real baby's.
The utmost attention was paid to Calum's details: moisture glistens on his adorably pursed lips and around his little nose. His finger- and toenails have been realistically shaded, tipped, and satin glossed.
Calum arrives in a luxuriously soft muslin receiving blanket and his unisex baby elephant romper. Baby can arrive with gendered accessories as requested.
