Realborn Tessa is a sweet baby and so adorable! I would guess her to be at least a month old, and she can wear size newborn and size 0-3 months. Her arms and legs are so chunky so newborn in some brands may fit tight in those areas. She weighs well over 5 pounds and takes a magnetic pacifier.
