August was created from the Limited Edition August kit by the very talented Dawn McLeod. He will come home with his certificate of authenticity. He is number 1549 of 2020 worldwide. He was born on April 25,2021. He is 5 pounds 3 ounces and 22 inches long from head to toes . He has full arms and full legs which makes him such a joy to dress in all kinds of outfits. Layers and layers of Ultimate fusion paints was used to create this amazing living skin tone and sealed for protection. Not a crease was over looked. I painted him with red, blue and purple mottling to represent the blotchy just born newborn look. His limbs are filled with glass beads, plastic pellets and fresh fiberfill. His body is filled with the same mixture. Augusts head has been filled with glass beads and fresh fiberfill so his head will flop back like a real newborn baby. I have stuffed his body so he will be floppy like a new baby as well. No sand is used in my babies. His finger nails and toe nails have been given that fresh clipped look and sealed to prevet chipping. His lips have been glossed to give a natural moist look. His veins have been applied to appear under the skin for ultimate realism . August has baby powder scented wafers in his body for that wonderful fresh scent that all new mommy’s love. His hair has been rooted with premium mohair in a natural swirl pattern with three shades of brown as to have natural highlights It is so soft and silky. It can be combed lightly down or you can spike it up and has a little bit of curl. His hair has been double sealed In His head but brush gently as to not pull any out. His eye lashes were rooted with the same mohair and sealed as well. His eyebrows were hand painted one hair at a time. August has a magnet behind his lips for his modified pacifier. He also has one in his head in case his new mommy prefers a girl and would like to use magnetic hair bows. Care must be taken around electronics, pacemakers and children as these are very strong earth magnets. All of my pictures were taken in natural daylight and none of my pictures have been altered except for cropping, so you can see what baby actually looks like. If this little sweetie has stolen your heart don't let him get away because he is a one of a kind work of art and there will never be another one exactly like him August will come home with only the items listed here and any item in pictures not listed here are part of my photo shoot items. He will come home with his red long sleeved onesie shirt that says I’m new around here, his three piece outfit with the rocketship onesie, long blue pants and blue shoes to match, he will have his penguin sleeper, a blue dinosaur pacifier, Mickey Mouse diaper, dinosaur fleece blanket ,his certificate of authenticity , a care sheet and a birth certificate. His dinosaur hat is a photo prop and is not included. I believe in supporting my local second hand shops so all of his items may not be new but all were picked out just for him.
