Baby Eljiah was just born at 17 1/2 inches and 4 lbs. If you're into bigger babies then this may not be the baby for you as Elijah is preemie size and wears preemie size clothing and newborn size diapers.
What a little sweet heart - this little peanut is just adorable the way he looks right through you, his little mouth is fixed as though he's just ready to start doing that baby cooing! He cuddles right in your arms, and poses so nicely. His head is weighted to fall forward just like a real newborn so please be sure to support it when picking him up for play feedings or cuddles. Elijah is definitely a great addition to any nursery!
Due to his partly open mouth Elijah can use a modified pacifier as well as a magnetic one. He will go home with 2 pacifiers, one is magnetic as he's been fitted with a magnet in his mouth (care needed around electronics and heart pacers) and also a modified one - I don't know if the constant placement of a modified pacifier will eventually dislodge the magnet so please use care if you choose to use a modified pacifier.
Painted with Genesis heat set paints and given mottling, shading, polyglass eyes in Newborn Blue, blushing, veining, tipped and sealed nails, painted hair in black, and a glossed look to several places.
No lashes were given since he has barely there eyelids.
