I found this guy, very gently pre-loved and in great shape. I bought him because I had darker skinned bodies I wanted to use. The initial thought is that I would do some accent painting on him, but the vinyl is very dark and I don’t think it would look good. I am not experienced enough with darker skinned babies to be able to lighten his overall color to then darken him up again to give him a livelier skin tone. So, this baby has not been painted except original factory paint.
He was washed very well, given a weighted cloth body. His head and limbs are also weighted for an overall weight of 4 lbs, 2 oz. He also has a magnet behind his mouth for a paci.
We will go home with a couple outfits, blanket, paci and toy!
