All babies are insured for the total purchase price, including any extras that may have been discussed. Your baby must be signed for at the time of delivery. Please make arrangements to receive your reborn to prevent any potential damage due to weather, sun exposure, or temperature.
Return Policy: Photos are taken on multiple days in a variety of lighting conditions to ensure that you get an accurate impression of the doll. If you do not love your baby, returns are accepted with a $50 art-viewing fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Payment minus all applicable fees will be refunded once the baby has been inspected and declared intact. Buyer has one business day after delivery confirmation to request a refund and must provide proof of return on the next business day following the refund request. Proof of return will be a copy of the receipt from USPS or preferred carrier.
