Welcome baby Phineas. Phineas is a bountiful baby sculpt and comes with a COA. Phineas was hand painted with air dry paints and sealed and varnished with ultra matte varnish- all done with rebornFX paints/varnish. He has rooted blond hair and eye lashes. Phineas is weighted with fine glass beads in his limbs and head and has poly pellets in his bottom as well as poly fiberfilling. Nails are tipped and glossed and lips are glossed as well as nose and tear ducts. Phineas will come home with outfits pictured as well as baby bottle, diapers, stuffed animal, washcloth and COA.
