Topsie has painted hair and a removable custom made mohair wig that fits snugly on her head. She has 3/4 arms and legs along with a cloth body. Topsie is filled with tiny premium tiny glass beads and fiberfill. She has chocolate brown German glass eyes that sparkle with every smile! A true joy bringing this one to life!
