August has been in my nursery for approximately 3 months as a display baby only. I prefer newborn size babies and this baby is just a bit to big for me. You are looking at precious and realistic August, sculpted by the popular sculptor, Dawn McLeod. She has full vinyl arms, legs and head and a cloth body. She is just adorable and cuddly. She has been created with the finest products available for this art form. She has been painted with multiple layers of GHSP and sealed with a blend of matte and satin varnishes to protect her paint, so she will remain lovely for many years. She has nicely painted hair, done in medium brown, which also has been sealed. She is weighted with contained fine glass beads in her head and torso. Her limbs have been weighted with the fine glass beads and all is surrounded by soft polyfill. She weighs 5 lb. 13 oz. She has a magnetic pacifier, so use with caution around sensitive electronics, pacemakers and small children. Will go home with clothing shown on baby in pictures, receiving blanket of my choice, COA, magnetic pacifier. All photos taken in natural light. ***white blanket NOT included!
