This sweet baby was brought to life with multiple layers of Genesis Heat Set paint. She has several layers of mottling and skin tone layers to achieve her realistic skin tone. The last layer on her skin was sealant to ensure her paint never fades or wears off. The sealant gives her a slight texture to her skin.
Her head, body, and limbs have been weighted with glass beads to feel realistic in your arms. Her head has been weighted to be very floppy and you'll want to support it as if you are holding a real baby.
She has a cloth body with full arms and full legs.
She has soft veining on her head and limbs. Her little fingernails have been neatly tipped and sealed.
Hair: Her hair has been meticulously painted in brown and has been sealed. Her eyebrows were painted very lightly and sealed as well.
Her eyelashes were rooted one by one and sealed from within.
For ultra realism, I have painted tiny milk bumps on her nose and chin. She also has subtle capillaries on her eyelids and ears. She has tiny scratches on her little face...perfectly imperfect newborn details.
Going Home: She will go home with certificate of authenticity , belly/chest plate that ties around the cloth body, Pooh top and matching bottoms, pooh hat and matching socks, hospital blanket, hospital cap, crochet hat and matching lovey, modified pacifier (no magnet), diaper, blank birth certificate, and care instructions.
