I am sorry but in the description I mentioned that she does not have a certificate. I thought you read that. It says N/A. If you had contacted me directly we might have resolved this. We still could.

How do we resolve this? I have many dolls that have come without a COA. They were not knock offs--this doll doesn't come close to an authentic sculpt of Lou Lou. I am very offended & so disappointed.
